Equiventia definisce un accordo quadro con nuovi investitori internazionali.
Siamo lieti di annunciare che la proprietà di Equiventia Capital Partners ha raggiunto un’intesa preliminare con un nuovo Fondo internazionale di investimento, la cui identità sarà ufficialmente rivelata a breve, per la cessione di una quota di maggioranza della società con contestuale aumento di capitale.
Questo importante passaggio, che sarà tecnicamente completato nelle prossime settimane, permetterà ad Equiventia di accedere a rilevanti risorse finanziarie che le permetteranno di realizzare una serie di investimenti già selezionati e predefiniti in varie società italiane start-up e PMI, che si concretizzeranno entro la fine del 2023 attraverso l'acquisizione in equity di quote minoritarie in ciascuna di esse.
Contestualmente a questo importante riassetto societario e finanziario, l'attuale team operativo della società, sempre guidato da Paolo Carlin e Claudio Garavaglia, sarà rinforzato con l'inserimento di nuovi managers.
Equiventia defines a framework agreement with new international investors.
We are pleased to announce that the ownership of Equiventia Capital Partners has reached a preliminary agreement with a new international investment fund, whose identity will be officially revealed shortly, for the sale of a majority stake in the company with a simultaneous capital increase.
This important step, which will be technically completed in the coming weeks, will allow Equiventia to access significant financial resources that will allow it to make a series of already selected and predefined investments in various Italian start-up companies and SMEs, which will materialize by the end of 2023 through the equity acquisition of minority stakes in each of them.
At the same time as this significant corporate and financial restructuring, the company's current operating team, still led by Paolo Carlin and Claudio Garavaglia, will be strengthened with the addition of new managers.
