Valortrust Investments entra nella proprietà di Equiventia.
Equiventia è lieta di annunciare che la società di investimenti Valortrust Investments Limited di Londra ha raggiunto un accordo con i soci della società per acquisire una partecipazione di maggioranza nel capitale sociale. Questa operazione, che ha richiesto una lunga e complessa trattativa, permetterà a Equiventia di ricevere nei prossimi mesi ingenti aumenti di capitale a sostegno delle proprie attività operative, dei propri progetti industriali e di investimento in Italia. Il closing sarà effettuato entro i primi del 2024.
Valortrust Investments enters the ownership of Equiventia.
Equiventia is pleased to announce that London-based investment firm Valortrust Investments Limited has reached an agreement with the company's shareholders to acquire a majority stake in the share capital. This operation, which required a long and complex negotiation, will allow Equiventia to receive large capital increases in the coming months to support its operating activities, its industrial and investment projects in Italy. The closing will take place within early 2024.
