Equiventia procura la vendita di un impianto RubberJet in Cina.
RubberJet Valley (website) è una giovane azienda italiana con sede a Milano che ha concepito e messo a punto una innovativa tecnologia per il recupero della gomma e dei materiali di scarto dai pneumatici di grandi dimensioni usati (ELT) tramite la disintegrazione con acqua ad altissima pressione.
Equiventia ha presentato la tecnologia RubberJet alla società cinese AMOS di Qingdao la quale, dopo aver verificato l’efficienza di questa tecnologia totalmente sicura e ad emissioni zero, ha deciso di procedere con l’acquisto ed installazione di un primo impianto industriale fornito da RubberJet/Vertech per un valore di circa 1,4 milioni euro. Il nuovo impianto sarà operativo entro fine 2023. Equiventia sta anche agendo come Advisor per entrambe le società per avviare una nuova Joint Venture locale avente come obiettivo l’espansione commerciale in Cina.
Equiventia procures the sale of a RubberJet plant in China.
RubberJet Valley (website) is a young Italian company based in Milan that has conceived and developed an innovative technology for the recovery of rubber and waste materials from used large tires (ELT) through disintegration with very high water pressure.
Equiventia presented the RubberJet technology to the Chinese company AMOS of Qingdao which, after having verified the efficiency of this totally safe and zero-emission technology, decided to proceed with the purchase and installation of the first industrial plant supplied by RubberJet/Vertech for a value of approximately 1.4 million euros. The new plant will be operational by the end of 2023. Equiventia is also acting as Advisor for both companies to launch a new local Joint Venture aimed at commercial expansion in China.
