Equiventia has been operating since 2015, it is part of the Equity & Venture Capital sector and was conceived by a team of Italian managers from multinationals and international financial companies with many years of consolidated experience in business development and business management.

Equiventia first of all acts as a “general advisor” for start-ups and SMEs, supporting them with a wide range of services and skills.

Likewise, Equiventia has a large portfolio of national and international investors, both private and institutional, with whom it maintains constant relationships and to whom it offers the best investment opportunities, both to acquire companies and to participate in them, selected through an accurate evaluation process.

In particular, in Venture Capital or Fund Raising operations, Equiventia does not intervene as a simple intermediary, but is the tool that supervises and manages the entire company/investor operation. In fact, it acts as a “guarantor” of the operation towards both parties, guaranteeing the investor on the quality of the proposed investment and also in the delicate post-acquisition phase, and at the same time guarantees the company on the correctness of the operation and on the management of the relationships with the new partner.
